 Delivery


We have a range of delivery options for our customers to choose from:

Free -- Standard UK Delivery - usually 3-5 days

£0.60 -- Express UK Delivery ~ usually 1-2 days 

£5.00  -- MyHermes fully tracked service ~ usually 2-3 days

£8.00 -- Next Working Day UK Delivery - Orders received before 2pm 

£3.25 -- Worldwide Delivery


If an item is not available we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know when the item will be re-available or offer you a refund. 

We make every effort to make sure you are happy with our items and our service and in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We do however occassionally experience delays. To ensure you receive your order especially for those special occassions that you want to be organised for and minimise stress please allow a little extra time to allow for any delays.

When the weather turns bad unfortunately the post slows down. Please remember to allow extra time for your delivery if there has been snow and ice. We all want our parcels as fast as possible but some roads are simply inaccessible in these conditions and sometimes it would just not be safe for the postal workers to deliver in these conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to Royal Mail or courier services, in the rare occassion that your order does not turns up when you expect that it should have, please do contact me so that I can check on your order. Every effort will be made to resolve any problems with the delivery as quickly as possible.

 


 

Payments

We accept PayPal Payments (you can pay with Card even if you didn't have PayPal account) and Bank Transfer only

 


Returns

Please e-mail immediately if you are unhappy with an item and would like to return it. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. A full refund, including postage, will be given if the item is not as described or faulty, otherwise the postage must be paid by the sender.

If goods are not received within two weeks of dispatch (for UK) and 4 weeks for rest of world, please contact me so that I can make enquiries. Claims for non-received goods will not be accepted after this time.
